  •  Studies have proven that lemon can be one of the most common causes of frequent migraines or headache attacks. 

  • Increased urge to urinate when eating a lot of lemons or its juice; because it contains a high percentage of vitamin C, which makes lemon a natural diuretic.

Lemon juice contains vitamins, the most important of which is vitamin C, in addition to minerals, in addition to antioxidants, antibacterial, astringent properties, and other things that bring a lot of benefits to the skin, and the most important benefits of lemon juice for the skin and how to use it on it can be summarized in the following points:


  • Lemon rejuvenates the skin and makes it more beautiful and younger; this is due to the action of vitamin C, which stimulates the production of collagen in the skin, which leads to the restoration of skin elasticity and makes its appearance more youthful and smooth. 
  • Lemon helps to prevent signs of premature aging such as wrinkles and fine lines; due to its astringent properties that tighten the skin, in addition to protecting the skin from free radical damage, this is done by putting a little honey on a piece of lemon and gently rubbing it on the face and neck, leaving it for 10 minutes, then washing it with lukewarm water, and repeating this once or twice a week to get the desired results. 
  • Lemon helps to reduce scars and spots caused by acne; this is because lemon contains ascorbic acid and vitamin C, and its antibacterial properties help it kill the bacteria causing acne, and a solution can be prepared to consist of half a teaspoon of lemon juice and rose water, put it on the affected area using a cotton ball, and wash the area with cold water after leaving it for a quarter of an hour, and this can be repeated twice a week to get rid of these scars. 
  • Lemon helps to relieve stretch marks in the skin, due to the acidic properties of lemon that help the skin to get rid of dead skin cells and stimulate the production of new ones, and this is done by rubbing the stretch marks with a slice of lemon gently and in circular movements for 5 minutes, then leave the area until the lemon dries and washed with warm water
